The benchmarked Iveco Stralis is an AS440S45TP model. 

RANGE

ECOSTRALIS AT (Active Time) and AS (Active Space) cabs are available with low, standard or high-roof. AD (Active Day) cabs for day use only are available on request.ECOSTRALIS range can be combined with a choice of three Cursor engines to create the perfect vehicle for your needs.

ECOSTRALIS is also available with option packs for extra comfort and safety in the cab.

DRIVELINE

Features of the ECOSTRALIS engine include maximum torque available at low rpm and constant in a wide range of operation. 
Remarkable flexibility guarantees great driving comfort, excellent performance and low fuel consumption with fewer gear shifts.

The Cursor 10, 460 Hp engine is the adopted standard for the ECOSTRALIS range available as a 6x2 or 4x2 tractor with either the Active Space Super3 or Active Time cabs.  The Cursor 10, 460 Hp engines fitted to ECOSTRALIS meetEEV (Enhanced Environmentally-Friendly Vehicle) requirements: this is the strictest ecological standard in Europe today.

This result is obtained by combining next-generation engines with an extremely sophisticated design to improve combustion and therefore reduce consumption as well as harmful gases and particulate emissions.

All Cursor engines use low viscosity synthetic oil which reduces consumption by a variable percentage from 1 to 2.5% according to the mission.
The oil change frequency is the longest in its class: a remarkable 150,000 km.
