Haynes of Maidstone Ltd t/a Haynes Ford
As Kent’s first Ford distributor, this Company has been supplying Ford’s class leading range of cars and commercial vehicles to retail and local business customers and through its Business Centre, to some of the UK’s largest fleets, for nearly 100 years. Additionally, it has a wide stock of used vehicles of all makes, including a selection from the “Ford Direct” franchise, and a significant car and van rental fleet. A dedication to customer service underpins this business with full Ford authorized car and commercial service facilities, a Ford accredited Accident Repair Centre, a Rapid Fit while you wait tyre operation and multi £m Ford Parts operation.
Haynes Trucks Ltd was established in 2000 following the Group’s expansion of its truck business into East Kent. Operating from three locations in Kent this Company provides the full range of Iveco products from the award winning Daily Van up to the 44 tonne, critically acclaimed, Stralis. It also supplies Fiat's outstanding range of commercial vehicles. With dawn to dusk servicing and parts supply, the latest diagnostic equipment and tooling as well as a range of fully equipped service vehicles, our team is also on hand to provide breakdown assistance to short/long haul drivers wherever they are traveling in Kent.
Haynes Agricultural Ltd are distributors for the well known New Holland brand of farm machinery supplying tractors and harvesting equipment throughout the South East as well as providing full parts and service backup with its fleet of ‘on farm’ service vehicles. With four branches in the South East, it is one of the longest established agricultural dealers in the region and prides itself on customer service. This Company are also agents for Vaderstad, Kuhn, Hardy, Yamaha, McConnel, Amazone, AS Trailers, and many other leading makes of farm machinery
Haynes Agritec Ltd is the newest addition to the Haynes Group and was formed to take on the Case IH franchise in Sussex and more latterly Kent. With a branch network in both counties the Company supplies everything from the world ploughing record STX Quadtrac and award winning AFX8010 combine harvesters down to the popular 60HP JX60. This Company also provides the full range of world renowned JCB loaders and the unique JCB Fastrac. With its dedicated team of factory trained mobile technicians, again customer service is the cornerstone of this business.
The Kent Diesel Centre Ltd was formed in 2003 out of an existing service business within the Haynes Group when it was moved to new dedicated premises. Specialising in the highly technical area of vehicle fuel management and electrical systems this Company now has the latest diesel fuel pump test equipment for the leading makes of auto, plant and marine fuel systems such as Bosch, Delphi and Denso. Providing nationwide service to both manufacturers and service repair agents alike, this business continues to capitalise on the growth in popularity of diesel vehicles in the UK.
Established in 1790 in London, Haynes Bros Ltd is now the holding company for a group of subsidiary companies operating throughout the South East.
Moving to Kent in 1832, the Company was the first in the county to take on the Ford Motor Company franchise in 1911 and then sell and distribute the complete range of Ford cars, trucks and agricultural machinery. Today it is the only privately owned company in the UK that still distributes these range of products, albeit now with different manufacturers given Ford Motor Company’s departure from the truck and agricultural sectors. As part of this move, the Company has developed a relationship with Fiat Group and also now distributes their products via their subsidiaries, Iveco, New Holland and Case IH. It also has the JCB agricultural franchise as well as other leading makes of farm machinery. Additionally, the company holds the Bosch, Delphi, Siemens & Denso agencies within its specialist electrical and diesel reconditioning business, the Kent Diesel Centre Ltd.
The Company operates five subsidiary companies from eight locations in the South East.
